Broken Legacy is a new fantasy/adventure comic book that I've co-created with ~jessemunoz. I'm writing the book and providing a bit of artwork for it while Jesse is handling most of the art chores on the main story. Our meager goal is to raise $2,200 to get the book printed and to put the two of us (who live on opposite sides of the country) behind a convention booth together to debut the series.

*UPDATE*
I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated to the Broken Legacy Kickstarter thus far! In our first few days Jesse and I raised well over half of our goal amount. It was incredible to watch our donations grow in those first 72 hours. So once again, thanks to everyone who has already donated.
Now on to more pressing matters. Our numbers have leveled out over the past week or so and we still need a little less than $700 to make Broken Legacy a reality. With 20 days left in our campaign, I'm confident that we can meet our goal, but I'd like to remind everyone that we still do need your help. If you haven't donated yet and it's within your means to do so, that would obviously be a great assistance to the cause. However, even if you can't donate or already have and would still like to help out, blogging, tweeting, Facebook-ing, MySpace-ing, LiveJournal-ing, and/or deviantArt Journal-ing about the project to help us get the word out to more people would make a huge difference for us and Broken Legacy.
90% of our donations have come from personal friends and family, so Jesse and I are looking for ways to get fresh eyes on our campaign page. We can only reach so many people via our blogs and personal social media accounts, so any other potential donators that you could help us direct to the Broken Legacy Kicksarter Page would be indispensable in helping us meet our goal amount.
